Booking terms
By booking you commit to showing up at the agreed time. Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 6 hours before the session. Cancelling later than 6 hours before, or not showing up (no-show), is charged a fee and invoiced. Minimum session length is 1 hour.
What we'll ask you
When you book, Cal.com collects:
- First name & last name
- Phone number
- Personal ID number (personnummer)
- Your wishes / what you want to work on
- Whether you've recorded music before
- Genre
We collect your personnummer only to enable invoicing in case of a no-show or late cancellation. It's stored securely, used for nothing else, and deleted when no longer needed.
